Community Guidelines
At Hi Hello, we want you to act thoughtfully every step of the way. To ensure a safe and fulfilling experience, we ask you to abide by our community guidelines both online and Offline.
Below is a list of our community policies. If you violate any of these policies, your account stands to be suspended or deactivated in accordance with the Website/App Terms and Conditions. And as good citizens of Hi Hello, we also encourage you to report any behavior that seems sketchy or blatantly violates our terms and conditions.
Hi Hello is not for:
People who are married. Don’t lie about your relationship status – we
mean, you wouldn’t want it done to you, right? Be honest and clear in
your communication with your matches.
Private information
Private information is private for a reason! Don’t publicly broadcast
any private or confidential information like phone numbers, passports,
passwords, financial information, email addresses or where you live. Be
safe, and help keep others safe, too!
Nudity/Sexual Content
No nudity, no sexually explicit content and be PG-13 in your bio. Keep
it clean. Or you stand being evicted from this platform.
Prostitution and Trafficking
Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human
trafficking or other non- consensual sexual acts is strictly prohibited
and will result in your account being suspended/deactivated from Hi
Hello. You may also face criminal charges.
Harassment
Do not engage, or encourage others to engage, in any targeted abuse or
harassment against any other user. This includes sending any unsolicited
sexual content to your matches. Reports of stalking, threats, bullying,
or intimidation, will be taken very seriously. You will immediately stop
contacting any user who asks you to stop contacting them. If you do not,
you will be banned from the app and you may also have to deal with the
police. Keep Hi Hello safe and sound for all involved.
Physical and Violence Harm
Physical assault, coercion, and any acts of violence are strictly
prohibited. We do not tolerate violent, graphic, or gory content on Hi
Hello or any actions or content that advocate for or threaten violence
of any sort, including threatening or promoting terrorism. Content that
advocates for or glorifies suicide or self-harm are also not allowed. In
these situations, we may take any number of steps to assist the user,
including reaching out to the authorities.
Hate Speech
Hi Hello is an inclusive space that has place for everyone. Any content
that promotes, advocates for, or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or
violence against individuals or groups based on factors like (but not
limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender,
age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity will be
banned from the app. If your opinions mean to cause harm to someone,
it’s best to keep them to yourselves.
Spam
Don’t use Hi Hello to drive people to external websites via a link or
otherwise. Promotions are not allowed and if you are found doing so, you
will face a ban.
Scamming
Do not ask anyone for their private information on the app. This
includes information like addresses, bank accounts or documents. Anyone
attempting to get other users’ private information for fraudulent or
illegal activity may be banned. Any user caught sharing their own
financial account information for the purpose of receiving money from
other users may also be banned from Hi Hello.
Impersonation
Do not impersonate other people. This means, use your own pictures and
if you are found to be a fake profile, you will not be allowed on the
app anymore.
Infringement of any Third party Intellectual Property
Do not display any work that is copyrighted or trademarked by others
unless you are allowed to do so.
